Zabo noted that the Bitcoin exchange was interested in the startup&#8217;s products \u2014 this is a purchase, not the so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Acqui-hiring\">acqui-hiring<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Coinbase and Zabo share a common investor \u2014 Barry Silbert&#8217;s Digital Currency Group. After that the company acquired the analytics platform <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/coinbase-to-acquire-analytics-platform-skew\">Skew<\/a> and confirmed the acquisition of the cryptocurrency prime broker Tagomi.<\/p>\n<p>Bitcoin exchange shares closed the session on August 4 at $244.36, up 6%.
