(approx. worth $610M)<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PolyBridge?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PolyBridge<\/a> has now restored cross-chain functionality for a total of 59 assets. The assets were directed to Poly Network&#8217;s multisig wallet.<\/p>\n<p>In the next stage, the platform aims to return full control of the funds to users.<\/p>\n<p>Developers also restored cross-chain functionality for 59 assets.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cFor security reasons, we have decided to gradually reopen inter-network services and restore the ability to cross-chain transactions for all asset types,\u201d the Poly Network team said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As reported, on August 10 the Chinese cross-chain protocol Poly Network suffered the largest <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/hackers-stole-611-million-from-the-poly-network-cross-chain-protocol\">attack on the blockchains Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and Polygon<\/a>. The total damage amounted to $611 million in various cryptocurrencies. The stolen USDT was blocked.<\/p>\n<p>On August 11, the hacker stated an <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/hacker-who-stole-611-million-from-poly-network-begins-returning-funds\">intention to return the funds<\/a>. He transferred all stolen assets to the project team\u2019s wallet except for $33 million in USDT <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/poly-network-hacker-returns-all-stolen-funds-except-usdt\">, which Tether froze after the attack<\/a>. While awaiting unfreezing, part of the reimbursed funds totaling $141 million remained in a multisig wallet, the keys to which were controlled by both sides. Later, as part of an agreement with the stablecoin issuer, the attacker <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/poly-network-hacker-returns-the-remaining-141-million\">returned the remaining assets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The hacker also moved to the multisig wallet the reward <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/poly-network-hacker-threatens-to-delay-full-return-of-funds\">previously sent by the Poly Network team worth 160 ETH (about $500,000) and donations received from the crypto community<\/a>.
