{"id":48815,"date":"2021-09-03T10:41:13","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T07:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/?p=48815"},"modified":"2025-09-02T09:19:41","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T06:19:41","slug":"roskomnadzor-blocks-six-vpn-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/roskomnadzor-blocks-six-vpn-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Roskomnadzor blocks six VPN services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Roskomnadzor <a href=\"https:\/\/rkn.gov.ru\/news\/rsoc\/news73836.htm\">limited access<\/a> to VPN services Hola!VPN, ExpressVPN, KeepSolid VPN Unlimited, Nord VPN, Speedify VPN and IPVanish VPN.<\/p>\n<p>According to Roskomnadzor, the use of these services allows users to bypass blocks and &#8216;leads to maintaining access to prohibited information and resources&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The agency <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/roskomnadzor-warns-of-blocking-six-vpn-services\">warned<\/a> in July about blocking the aforementioned services.<\/p>\n<p>Roskomnadzor also reported the creation of &#8216;whitelists&#8217; of organisations that use VPN &#8216;for technological purposes&#8217;.
