Bloomberg reports this, citing a company representative.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the founder and CEO of the trading platform Sam Bankman-Fried said that <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ftx-launches-regulated-platform-in-the-bahamas\">the subsidiary of FTX has been registered<\/a> by the Bahamas Securities Commission as a digital assets business.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cAs jurisdictions implement comprehensive crypto-regulatory regimes, we are pleased to participate in this. Against this backdrop, the Bitcoin price briefly fell below $42,000.<\/p>\n<p>In August, Bankman-Fried said that <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ftx-chief-admits-spending-five-hours-a-day-on-regulatory-and-licensing-questions\">he spends five hours a day on regulatory and licensing questions<\/a>.
