Commercial deployment of the sidechain started in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href='https:\/\/blockstream.info\/liquid\/asset\/6f0279e9ed041c3d710a9f57d0c02928416460c4b722ae3457a11eec381c526d'>this<\/a> block explorer, just over 3390 BTC are locked in the network.
