This, <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/ekonomika\/12794315\">\u0440\u0430\u0441\u0441\u043a\u0430\u0437\u0430\u043b<\/a> Dmitry Panchenko, director of the division, to TASS.<\/p>\n<p>He said that at present brokers are legally unable to offer this service.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe market is in a stage of research and development for a range of instruments, with some new business ideas.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Panchenko added that they are currently studying the experience of Robinhood, Revolut and PayPal.<\/p>\n<p>Independent estimates put Russians&#8217; assets on crypto exchanges above $15 billion, the director of Tinkoff Investments said.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cPeople are, one way or another, receiving this service, and they receive it outside the country. Potentially it would be right to offer this service within the Russian market.
