Bitfury founder Valery Vavilov will become chair of the board and <span data-descr=\\\"Chief Visionary Officer, one of the company's senior executives, sometimes used to refer to a strategic director or director of strategy or development.\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">CVO<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Previously Brooks was chief legal officer at the Bitcoin exchange Coinbase.
