The wallet enables transactions with digital assets compatible with the <span data-descr=\"Ethereum Virtual Machine\" class=\"old_tooltip\">EVM<\/span>, and also connects to other wallets and decentralized applications.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, users can:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>view price charts with data from CoinGecko;<\/li>\n<li>exchange fiat for cryptocurrency via the Wyre platform;<\/li>\n<li>import wallets from extensions such as MetaMask and hardware wallets such as Trezor and Ledger;<\/li>\n<li>interact with <span data-descr=\"non-fungible tokens\" class=\"old_tooltip\">NFT<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How to Use the New Brave Wallet\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wO2tAQNQlNk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>To access Brave Wallet, users will need to update the browser to version 1.32. They will also be able to continue using familiar extensions if they wish.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022 the wallet will gain support for the Solana blockchain. Earlier, developers said that the integration would allow users to create accounts, perform cross-chain swaps via the Solana DEX aggregator, send <span data-descr=\"Solana Program Library for token issuance\" class=\"old_tooltip\">SPL<\/span>-tokens, and also perform NFT operations on this network.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in March 2021, Brave <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/brave-browser-to-add-support-for-the-binance-smart-chain-ecosystem\">announced<\/a> support for the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The privacy-focused Brave browser has integrated a non-custodial wallet of its own design.
