This follows from a statement on the <a href=\\\"https:\/\/rkn.gov.ru\/news\/rsoc\/news73968.htm\\\">agency&#8217;s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The services include Betternet, Lantern, X-VPN, Cloudflare WARP, Tachyon VPN, and PrivateTunnel.<\/p>\n<p>According to Roskomnadzor, they help circumvent restrictions, enabling access to information banned in Russia.<\/p>\n<p>The regulator has sent requests to companies and organisations asking whether these services are used to support their operations.<\/p>\n<p>In June, Roskomnadzor restricted access to VPN services <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/vpn-blocks-in-russia-german-authorities-press-telegram-for-user-data-and-other-cybersecurity-developments\">VyprVPN and Opera VPN<\/a>, and in September \u2014 to <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/roskomnadzor-blocks-six-vpn-services\">Hola!VPN, ExpressVPN, KeepSolid VPN Unlimited, Nord VPN, Speedify VPN and IPVanish VPN<\/a>.
