Local media <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chiangmaicitylife.com\/citynews\/local\/bitcoin-mining-server-in-flames-2-million-baht-damage\/\">report<\/a> this.<\/p>\n<p>The fire broke out at night on the second floor of a three-story office building.<\/p>\n<p>Because there was no one in adjoining rooms, firefighters arrived too late.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn1.citylife.group\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/thumbnail_image0.jpg\" alt=\"72 Bitcoin miners worth $60,000 burned in Thailand\"\/><figcaption>Source: Chiangmaicitylife.com.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Possible causes include overheating and wiring problems.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary estimates put the damage at no less than $60,000.
