Its users <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/mercadolibres-payment-service-to-give-customers-access-to-cryptocurrencies\">gained the ability<\/a> to buy\/sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDP.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2021, Mercado Libre <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/latin-americas-largest-online-trading-platform-invests-in-bitcoin\">announced<\/a> the acquisition of Bitcoin in Q1 for $7.8 million.
