This, citing a statement by Artyom Kostyrko, head of the Department for Improving Territorial Administration and the Development of Smart Projects of the Moscow Government, <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/politika\/13490201\">\u0441\u043e\u043e\u0431\u0449\u0430\u0435\u0442<\/a> \u0422\u0410\u0421\u0421.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official, after decrypting and publishing the results of remote electronic voting (DEG), observers will be able to independently verify the accuracy of the votes cast for each candidate.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe toolkit will allow any citizen of the Russian Federation to become an electronic observer. We will refine the electronic &#8216;safe-pack&#8217;, developed by federal colleagues, so that one can not only store the transaction, but do so in any internet browser and for any user,\u201d Kostyrko said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He says that expanding the circle of observers by including ordinary citizens will be an additional guarantee of the fairness and transparency of the elections.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, in September 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/russias-central-election-commission-reports-ddos-attacks-during-remote-voting\">two different blockchain systems<\/a> were used in the State Duma elections. In Sevastopol, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Murmansk and Rostov regions, online voting ran on a platform <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/blockchain-based-voting-system-from-rostelecom-and-waves-enterprise-to-be-deployed-for-elections\">developed by Rostelecom<\/a> in collaboration with Waves Enterprise by order of the Central Election Commission, in Moscow \u2014 on a platform from the city\u2019s Department of Information Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the Central Election Commission allowed a transition <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/central-election-commission-considers-moving-to-a-common-blockchain-platform-amid-moscow-voting-problems\">to a common blockchain platform<\/a> due to problems with voting in Moscow.
