For a low-severity smart-contract vulnerability a white-hat hacker may earn $1,000. The maximum $10 million is provided for identifying a vulnerability critical to the project.<\/p>\n<p>Bugs in applications and sites interacting with the platform are divided into three levels. On February 10, hackers <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/hackers-attacked-the-defi-protocol-dego-finance\">drained<\/a> from the pools of the Dego Finance project more than $10 million.<\/p>\n<p>On February 8, the QiDAO protocol for issuing a stablecoin on the Polygon network <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/qidao-defi-protocol-loses-13-million-in-hack\">reported a smart-contract breach<\/a> \u2014 as a result, about $13 million was stolen.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the infrastructure DeFi company Meter <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/hacker-siphons-4-3-million-from-meter-cross-chain-bridge\">lost about $4.3 million in Bitcoin and Ethereum<\/a> as a result of the hack.<\/p>\n<p>As reported in early February, the cross-chain Wormhole protocol on Solana was hacked.
