Money.bg reports.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release, the BSE said it was following the example of European exchanges. The initiative is being implemented jointly with Deutsche B\u00f6rse and market maker Tradegate.<\/p>\n<p>The ETNs comply with regulatory requirements and will allow clients to invest in cryptocurrencies without the need to create and hold keys. The instruments are euro-denominated. Trading takes place during the BSE&#8217;s regular session.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe are responding to the growing market interest in crypto instruments.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 said the head of the exchange, Manyu Moravenov.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to the publication, earlier finance minister Asen Vasilev said that the country is studying options to implement a crypto-payments mechanism \u201cin the short- and medium-term.\u201d The issue is being discussed with the central bank and industry representatives.<\/p>\n<p>Fidelity International <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/fidelity-international-secures-bitcoin-etp-listing-on-two-european-exchanges\">has received a listing<\/a> for a bitcoin-ETP on two European exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Subscribe to the ForkLog channel on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCC9FnXTC8_ENzaNSO5cHQ6g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> YouTube<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) added eight Bitcoin- and Ethereum-based ETNs to its list of tradable instruments.
