The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>\u201cReal estate is a huge asset class that has remained relatively untapped by technology. Because of this, it has often been fragmented, analogue, and inefficient. Roofstock is making the purchase and investment in rental properties frictionless and accessible,\u201d said Serena Dayal, Chief Investment Officer at SoftBank Investment Advisers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The funds will be used to focus on innovation, new products, mergers and acquisitions, and to grow headcount.
