This was <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/-HwQDEKsY7A\">reported<\/a> by Minister of Economy Kristina Ozgan.<\/p>\n<p>Under the authorities&#8217; decision, cryptocurrency-mining consumers will pay 3.60 rubles per kWh.<\/p>\n<p>The decree will take effect on 1 July 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Separate tariffs for miners will apply if Abkhazia lifts the ban on this activity, Ozgan said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in 2020, Abkhazia <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/abkhazia-bans-cryptocurrency-mining-until-1-june-2021\">introduced restrictions on cryptocurrency mining<\/a>.
