The renowned billionaire investor Warren Buffett said that he would not buy all the bitcoins for $25, as he does not see any value in them. This was reported by CNBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat would I do with them? One way or another, I would have to sell them back to you. This would yield nothing. Apartments would provide rent, and farms would produce goods. Assets must produce something. There is only one established currency.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 explained the well-known Bitcoin skeptic.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As a more sensible alternative, Buffett proposed buying all agricultural land or multi-family homes in the United States that deliver \u201creal value\u201d.<\/p>\n

Buffett is known for his negative stance on Bitcoin. In February 2020 he \u043d\u0430\u0437\u0432\u0430\u043b<\/a> the first cryptocurrency \u201ca complete zero\u201d, lacking value. Earlier the billionaire predicted the collapse of the crypto industry. When talking about Bitcoin, he used terms such as \u201crat poison in a square\u201d<\/a> and \u201cillusion without unique value\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In response to the latest statements, many in the crypto community urged Berkshire Hathaway’s head to educate himself on the subject and study existing use cases.<\/p>\n

Elon Musk found it amusing how many times Buffett mentioned Bitcoin in his speech.<\/p>\n
