The platform&#8217;s logo will appear on the sleeves of the team&#8217;s shirts from next season.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, a Russian oligarch, is awaiting approval of the sale of the club by British authorities. The buyers, led by American financier Todd Boehly, are prepared to pay \u00a32.5bn.<\/p>\n<p>Chelsea and WhaleFin <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/tezos-signs-multi-year-partnership-with-manchester-united\">signed a multi-year deal<\/a> in January, before the war began.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/okx-bitcoin-exchange-becomes-manchester-city-partner\">In March, the Bitcoin exchange OKX (formerly OKEx)<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/okx-bitcoin-exchange-becomes-manchester-city-partner\">signed a sponsorship deal<\/a> with the reigning league champions Manchester City. Previously, the club <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/barcelona-and-manchester-city-pull-out-of-partnerships-with-two-crypto-projects\">declined to collaborate<\/a> with the crypto project 3Key due to community backlash.<\/p>\n<p>WhaleFin <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/amber-group-launches-whalefin-platform\">is owned by<\/a> the Singapore-based cryptocurrency company Amber Group.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/amber-group-raises-200-million-at-a-3-billion-valuation\">In February, the Asian firm raised $200 million<\/a> at a valuation of $3 billion.
