According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.nikkei.com\/article\/DGXZQOUB129BB0S2A510C2000000\/\\\">Nikkei<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The platform competes with SBI VC Trade, the group&#8217;s own crypto trading platform.<\/p>\n<p>The deal contemplates the acquisition of 51% of BITPoint and 5% of the exchange operator Remixpoint for $98.6 million.
