The list will be expanded over time.<\/p>\n<p>Property can be purchased with stablecoins in all of the DIM Group&#8217;s residential complexes. Authorised agents will execute the sale agreement in accordance with Ukraine&#8217;s current legislation.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, the developer plans to migrate to a Web 3.0 ecosystem, which will enable recording deals on the blockchain, deploying smart contracts, and issuing ownership-rights agreements as NFTs.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Investors will be able to easily access information about transactions and ownership rights for each property,&#8221; commented the DIM Group.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In June 2021, TechCrunch founder and Bitcoin investor Michael Arrington <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/bitkoin-investor-prodal-kievskuyu-nft-kvartiru-za-36-eth\/\">\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0434\u0430\u043b \u043a\u0438\u0435\u0432\u0441\u043a\u0443\u044e \u043a\u0432\u0430\u0440\u0442\u0438\u0440\u0443 \u0432 \u0432\u0438\u0434\u0435 NFT<\/a> for 36 ETH (more than $93,000 at the time of the deal).<\/p>\n<p>In March 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/zelenskij-podpisal-zakon-o-virtualnyh-aktivah\/\">signed the law<\/a> on Virtual Assets, which regulates the circulation of cryptocurrencies on Ukrainian soil.
