The structure plans to cooperate with other investors, including Animoca Brands, Arrington Capital and GameStop.<\/p>\n<p>Immutable co-founder Robbie Ferguson told TechCrunch in an interview that the main aim is to enable scaling of next-generation Web3 games and to spur their adoption.<\/p>\n<p>In September 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nft-startup-immutable-raises-12-5-million-in-under-an-hour\">Immutable raised $12.5 million<\/a> in the IMX token sale on the CoinList platform. It took less than an hour.<\/p>\n<p>In the same month, the startup <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nft-startup-immutable-raises-60-million-in-series-b-funding\">closed a Series B funding round<\/a> worth $60 million.<\/p>\n<p>In March 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/nft-startup-immutable-raises-200m-at-a-2-5bn-valuation\">Immutable raised $200 million<\/a> from Temasek, Mirae Asset, ParaFi Capital, Declaration Partners, Tencent Holdings and others.
