The tool is intended for companies not registered on stock exchanges, said Symfoni founder Jon Ramvi. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The platform will be natively on Arbitrum, a layer 2 scaling solution for the public Ethereum network. Arbitrum is faster and cheaper to transact with than the Ethereum main chain but still gets the full security of the main chain. Layer 2s is Ethereum\u2019s scaling strategy. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/BtUJZ2iS3O\">pic.twitter.com\/BtUJZ2iS3O<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 jonramvi.eth (@JonRamvi) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JonRamvi\/status\/1540240796900884482?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 24, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>According to him, the platform will be built on the L2 network <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/defi-reboot-how-arbitrum-became-ethereums-leading-layer-2-solution\">Arbitrum<\/a>, as it provides faster and cheaper transactions than the main chain. <\/p>\n<p>The solution envisages shares represented as tokens of the ERC-1400 standard in a ConsenSys implementation. This is a hybrid model of digital assets, specifically designed for use in the tokenised-finance space. <\/p>\n<p>In ConsenSys, tokens of this standard <a href=\"https:\/\/consensys.net\/diligence\/audits\/2020\/06\/codefi-erc1400-assessment\/\">characterise<\/a> as \u201cpartially fungible.\u201d Not all assets of this model are equivalent, as with cryptocurrencies\u2014some may be subject to restrictions such as a lock-up period. They are not NFTs. <\/p>\n<p>For storing and transferring personal data on the platform, a decentralized network <a href=\"https:\/\/ceramic.network\/\">Ceramic<\/a> is used. Ramvi said that the latter enables compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (<a href=\"https:\/\/gdpr-info.eu\/\">GDPR<\/a>).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cGDPR enshrines the right to be forgotten. Therefore there must be a mechanism to delete personal data.
