Eran Barak has been appointed as COO, Fahmi Saeed as CFO, and Peter Ruchatz as CMO. The new team members will bring years of experience in finance and fintech, IT, SaaS<\/a>, telecommunications, marketing, engineering and media.<\/p>\n Barak will oversee personnel and operations, helping to strengthen the company\\’s efficiency and scale. Over a 20-year career, he has held leadership roles at VocalTec, CellGlide, Thomson Reuters, Amdocs and Symphony Communications. The latter helped achieve a $1 billion valuation.<\/p>\n Saeed brings more than twenty years of hedge-fund and asset-management experience. His remit includes understanding capital markets, data integration, automation of processes and building scalable solutions within a growing organization. Saeed\\’s most recent employer was the Marshall Wace hedge fund, with AUM<\/span> of $45 billion.<\/p>\n Peter Ruchatz will focus on strengthening the Polkadot brand through educational programs, demand generation and community engagement. The executive has held leadership roles at Microsoft, Salesforce and fast-growing startups, including Celonis and Veeam. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group.<\/p>\n Polkadot\\’s team plans to overhaul its governance structure<\/a> to boost decentralization and the throughput of its decision-making.<\/p>\n
