The team will take no legal action against him. The funds must be transferred to Nomad&#8217;s official recovery wallet, the statement said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The developers stressed that they continue to work with the community, law enforcement agencies, and blockchain-analytics-focused firms to recover all assets.<\/p>\n<p>They added that the deal with the project would allow the hacker to avoid &#8216;possible legal action by third parties&#8217; and government charges.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/etherscan.io\/address\/0x94a84433101a10aeda762968f6995c574d1bf154\">Etherscan<\/a>, at the time of writing the tokens worth $22 million (more than 11% of the stolen funds) were stored at the <a href=\"https:\/\/etherscan.io\/address\/0x94a84433101a10aeda762968f6995c574d1bf154\">\u0430\u0434\u0440\u0435\u0441\u0435<\/a> specified by the team.<\/p>\n<p>On August 2, 2022, the Nomad <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/hackers-drain-nomad-cross-chain-protocol-of-over-90-million\">was hacked<\/a>.
