This is stated in a press release.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Launching on Klaytn will offer users instant transaction speeds and greater variety in the choice of blockchains,&#8221;<\/em> \u2014 said Sergey Kunz, co-founder of 1inch.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Klaytn project is led by the South Korean internet giant Kakao <a href=\\\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/blokchejn-klaytn-ot-internet-giganta-kakao-zapushhen-v-osnovnoj-seti\/\\\">which launched its mainnet in 2019<\/a>. The blockchain is based on an <span data-descr=\\\"Ethereum Virtual Machine - Virtual Machine of Ethereum\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">EVM<\/span>-compatible hybrid technology built on a <span data-descr=\\\"Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\"><a href=\\\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%97%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B0%D1%87%D0%B0_%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B8%D0%B9%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D1%85_%D0%B3%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2\\\">BFT<\/a><\/span>-consensus.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, Klaytn&#8217;s throughput is 4000 <span data-descr=\\\"transactions per second\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">TPS<\/span>, and finality takes no more than one second.<\/p>\n<p>The development team is implementing a dynamic gas-fee mechanism and aims to boost scalability through <a href=\\\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/cryptorium\/chto-takoe-resheniya-masshtabirovaniya-vtorogo-urovnya\/\\\">second-layer solutions<\/a>, improvements to token-management tools and oracle functionality.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, Klaytn has become one of the most popular platforms in South Korea for apps, NFTs, metaverses, games and marketplaces.<\/p>\n<p>According to DeFi Llama, the value of assets locked in DeFi protocols on the network amounts to $416.8 million. By this metric, Klaytn ranks 14th in the dapps ranking.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, the 1inch DEX will support the following projects:<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>1inch Limit Order Protocol V2;<\/li>\n<li>KokonutSwap;<\/li>\n<li>KlaySwap;<\/li>\n<li>Klap;<a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.klap.finance\/\\\"> \u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>ClaimSwap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In March, the 1inch team launched the third version of the liquidity-aggregation protocol.<\/p>\n<p>In April, the project unveiled the 1inch Network ecosystem, which includes the 1inch Aggregation Protocol and the 1inch Liquidity Protocol.
