The other <a href=\\\"https:\/\/jobs.citi.com\/job\/london\/risk-digital-asset-risk-manager-for-cbdcs-digital-securities-and-enterprise-blockchain-director\/287\/32142991136\\\">\u0441\u043e\u0441\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0447\u0438\u0442\u0441\u044f<\/a> on CBDCs, digital securities and enterprise blockchains.<\/p>\n<p>Both managers should develop a unified approach to risk management and to respond to new initiatives, concepts and strategic partnerships in their respective areas.<\/p>\n<p>Risk management in DeFi is far more complex than in traditional finance, <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/162133\/citigroup-is-hiring-a-defi-and-stablecoin-risk-manager-as-part-of-crypto-push\\\">\u043e\u0431\u044a\u044f\u0441\u043d\u0438\u043b<\/a> in a comment to The Block by Tarun Chitra, CEO of Gauntlet, the platform for modelling crypto-financial risk. Based on the job descriptions, he suggested that Citi is primarily looking not for technical performers, but for market researchers.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the bank giant is recruiting digital-asset specialists in the context of <a href=\\\"https:\/\/jobs.citi.com\/job\/new-york\/treasury-trade-solutions-head-of-digital-assets-managing-director\/287\/21627203712\\\">\u0443\u043f\u0440\u0430\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f \u043b\u0438\u043a\u0432\u0438\u0434\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u044c\u044e<\/a> and <a href=\\\"https:\/\/jobs.citi.com\/job\/london\/custody-digital-assets-tech-lead\/287\/29769654208\\\">\u0442\u0435\u0445\u043d\u043e\u043b\u043e\u0433\u0438\u0439 \u0445\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0435\u043d\u0438\u044f \u0441\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0441\u0442\u0432<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2021, Citigroup announced the launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/citigroup-to-launch-digital-assets-unit-for-institutional-clients\">a cryptocurrency-focused division<\/a> within its institutional client services group.
