By enabling scaling, it reduces fees, speeds up transactions, and also &#8220;prepares the ground for L3 and other benefits&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Written in the Cairo language <a href=\"https:\/\/starkware.co\/cairo\/\">Cairo<\/a>, recursive proofs significantly enhance the potential for <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-a-layer%e2%80%912-solution-in-blockchain\">L2<\/a>-scaling, the company explained.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;They will allow a dramatically higher number of transactions to be settled in the Ethereum network with a single proof,&#8221; the developers noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to them, the concept &#8220;presents a challenge to scalability constraints&#8221;. With the new method, multiple proofs can be combined into one.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;This is like finding a way to easily seat thousands of passengers in an airplane instead of a few hundred,&#8221; said developer Gideon Kempfer.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Earlier in July StarkWare <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/v-starkware-podtverdili-zapusk-tokena-upravleniya-seti-starknet\/\">launched<\/a> the governance token for the StarkNet network.<\/p>\n<p>In May the project <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.news\/strong-proekt-starkware-privlek-100-mln-pri-otsenke-v-8-mlrd-strong\/\">raised $100 million<\/a> in a Series D funding round.
