The Block reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/163649\/major-brazilian-broker-xp-opens-crypto-trading-platform\">The Block<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The mobile app enables trading Bitcoin and Ethereum. Xtage CEO Marcos Hori stressed that the company had &#8220;tons of inquiries&#8221; from clients wanting to invest in cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n<p>The number of active XP users exceeds 3.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>Several other Brazilian companies have also recently introduced tools for trading cryptocurrencies. For instance, BTG Pactual at the end of July <a href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com.br\/news\/btg-enters-the-fray-with-mercado-bitcoin-and-binance-and-officially-launches-its-cryptocurrency-exchange\">launched the Mynt platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fintech company PicPay a week ago <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/162835\/paxos-revealed-as-picpays-crypto-partner-in-brazil\">unveiled a trading platform,<\/a> supporting Bitcoin, Ethereum and Paxos&#8217;s USDP stablecoin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;unicorn&#8217; in digital banking Nubank at the end of June <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/brazil-largest-digital-bank-nubank-190042841.html\">launched the Nucripto trading platform<\/a>.
