This is indicated by information on his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/samir-shah-690688\/\"> LinkedIn<\/a> profile.<\/p>\n<p>The executive took a job at a cryptobank in July after 13 years at JPMorgan, where he led the asset-management sales department.<\/p>\n<p>A month before Shah&#8217;s departure from Pantera Capital, its chief counsel Joe Cisewski <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cftc.gov\/PressRoom\/PressReleases\/8564-22?utm_source=govdelivery\">took the role of Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel<\/a> at the <span data-descr=\"U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission\" class=\"old_tooltip\">CFTC<\/span>.
