In the fourth quarter, Eaglebrook Advisors&#8217; clients will gain access to two digital-asset-focused strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is directed at registered investment advisers (<a href=\\\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Registered_investment_adviser\\\">RIA<\/a>) within separately managed accounts (<a href=\\\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Separately_managed_account\\\">SMA<\/a>). <\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p><em>\u201cSuch SMAs offer direct ownership, minimal tracking error, and modest reporting integration effort,\u201d<\/em> \u2014 according to a<a href=\\\"https:\/\/eaglebrookadvisors.com\/franklin-templeton-eaglebrook\\\"> statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In April 2022, Franklin Templeton made <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/eaglebrook-advisors-raises-strategic-capital-from-franklin-templeton-301518638.html\\\">strategic investments<\/a> in Eaglebrook Advisors.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\\\"https:\/\/global-uploads.webflow.com\/620eae7f59bd2807fc4150b0\/6318ee8cd7011a08feaecaa2_063022_Franklin%20Templeton%20Digital%20Assets%20Core_Fact%20Sheet.pdf\\\">The Franklin Templeton Digital Assets Core<\/a> is based on investing in a basket of the 10-15 largest digital assets by market-cap weighting.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>As of June 30, it included:<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>Bitcoin \u2014 69.25%;<\/li>\n<li>Ethereum \u2014 26.15%;<\/li>\n<li>Solana \u2014 1.65%;<\/li>\n<li>Polygon \u2014 0.61%;<\/li>\n<li>Chainlink \u2014 0.52%;<\/li>\n<li>Tezos, Decentraland, The Sandbox, Filecoin, Aave, Axie Infinity, The Graph, Fantom \u2014 total 1.82%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\\\"https:\/\/global-uploads.webflow.com\/620eae7f59bd2807fc4150b0\/6318ee9a7b0b18fb3474562e_063022_Franklin%20Templeton%20Digital%20Assets%20Core%20Capped_Fact%20Sheet.pdf\\\">The Franklin Templeton Digital Assets Core Capped<\/a> repeats the previous one with a cap of 25% on each asset\u2019s weight.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>As of June 30, it included:<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\\\"wp-block-list\\\">\n<li>Bitcoin \u2014 25%;<\/li>\n<li>Ethereum \u2014 25%;<\/li>\n<li>Solana \u2014 9.83%;<\/li>\n<li>Polygon \u2014 5.74%;<\/li>\n<li>Uniswap \u2014 5.57%;<\/li>\n<li>Chainlink \u2014 4.91%;<\/li>\n<li>The Sandbox \u2014 3.32%;<\/li>\n<li>Tezos \u2014 3.32%;<\/li>\n<li>Filecoin \u2014 3.19%;<\/li>\n<li>Axie Infinity \u2014 3.13%;<\/li>\n<li>Aave \u2014 2.62%;<\/li>\n<li>Fantom \u2014 2.34%;<\/li>\n<li>The Graph \u2014 2.33%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>CEO of Eaglebrook Advisors Christopher King told Blockworks that the new Franklin Templeton offerings mark a turning point for cryptocurrencies. The US wealth-management market requires RIAs to adopt professional digital-asset SMA strategies, he added.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>As reported in December 2021, the investment adviser Ritholtz Wealth Management and the asset manager WisdomTree Investments <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/ritholtz-wealth-management-and-wisdomtree-launch-crypto-index\">launched<\/a> the RWM WisdomTree Crypto Index.
