In an interview with the <a href=\":\"https:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/business\/banking-and-finance\/investors-aren-t-sweating-the-crypto-plunge-state-street-20220909-p5bgvp.html\">Sydney Morning Herald<\/a>, Irfan Ahmad, head of State Street&#8217;s digital division in <span data-descr=\"Asia-Pacific region\" class=\"old_tooltip\">APAC<\/span>, said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, volatility in June\u2013July did not deter clients \u2014 they were making strategic bets on the asset class. This suggests that it will not go anywhere, Ahmad added.<\/p>\n<p>The senior executive also said that State Street plans to roll out new crypto products in APAC, including Australia. He did not disclose details.<\/p>\n<p>State Street is the second-oldest bank in the United States.
