The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblock.co\/post\/177926\/south-carolina-house-sold-as-nft-for-175000\">The Block<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p>The price of the home at 149 Cottage Lake Way, Columbia, was 175 000 USDC. The deal was handled by Roofstock onChain, the real estate agency&#8217;s division specializing in <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-web3\">Web3<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the company&#8217;s first NFT-format sale.
