This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadaev, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/ekonomika\/16213139\">\u0422\u0410\u0421\u0421<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the minister, the initiative is under discussion together with an association overseen by the central bank.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;To avoid starting from scratch, we are simply taking it up and trying to understand its possibilities of use [in public administration],&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Masterchain blockchain platform is designed for transfer between participants of digital values and information about them.
