Telegram, however, has the right to delete a purchased username if it violates Telegram&#8217;s Terms of Service or the laws of certain countries.<\/p>\n<p>As reported, the Fragment marketplace for selling account identifiers <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/telegram-team-launches-fragment-platform-to-sell-usernames\">launched in late October<\/a>.
