This was reported by <a href=\\\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/ekonomika\/16329735\\\">\u0422\u0410\u0421\u0421<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to industry representatives, since September 1 citizens have been able to issue the waybill, the accompanying document, and other transport documents electronically.
