According to the source, the parties may agree on the terms of the deal \u201cas early as next week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier it emerged that Zipmex <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/zipmex-offered-100-million-for-a-rescue-of-the-business-in-exchange-for-90-of-its-shares\">is close to signing a $100 million deal<\/a> with venture firm V Ventures. The latter is prepared to provide the funds in exchange for 90% of the trading platform&#8217;s shares and is its current investor.<\/p>\n<p>Zipmex faced a liquidity crunch after problems emerged with its partners \u2014 Babel Finance and Celsius Network.
