On November 23, Amber Group co-founder Tiantian Kullander died. The information is on the cryptocurrency platform’s website.<\/p>\n

Cause of death has not been disclosed. According to a press release, the entrepreneur leaves behind a wife and a son.<\/p>\n

Before Amber Group, Kullander worked<\/a> at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. In 2019 Forbes included<\/a> him in the annual list “30 Under 30” (Asia).<\/p>\n

In February 2022, the Singapore-based company raised $200 million<\/a> at a valuation of $3 billion and acquired<\/a> the Japanese Bitcoin exchange DeCurret.<\/p>\n

In the spring, Bloomberg sources reported plans for Amber Group to raise investment at a $10 billion valuation<\/a>.<\/p>\n
