However, after the collapse of Sam Bankman-Fried&#8217;s structures, the platform immediately shifted to a Series C.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-12-16\/crypto-firm-amber-raises-300-million-to-tackle-damage-from-ftx?leadSource=uverify%20wall\\\">Bloomberg<\/a>, the bulk of the funds raised were earmarked for client payouts. One of them allegedly is the co-founder and CEO of the Vauld crypto-lending platform, Darshan Bathija.
