According to Aksakov, this document also requires additional approvals.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in November, the State Duma <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/in-russia-lawmakers-propose-banning-cryptocurrency-circulation-and-requiring-tax-reporting-by-miners\">registered a bill regulating mining and the subsequent sale of cryptocurrencies<\/a>.
