The main directions will be:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gas monetization \u2014 will allow dapp teams to earn revenue similar to content creators on YouTube or Twitch;<\/li>\n<li>Gas subsidies \u2014 will enable interaction with applications without the wallet having to pay the gas itself, promoting smoother onboarding;<\/li>\n<li>Account abstraction \u2014 there will be no difference between an externally owned account (EOA) and a contract, simplifying work with dapps;<\/li>\n<li>Economic abstraction of gas fees \u2014 will enable paying fees in tokens other than FTM;<\/li>\n<li>New middleware, including the Fantom Virtual Machine and a new storage mechanism.
