According to the document, &#8216;[Adobe] may analyse content using machine learning [&#8230;], to develop and improve products and services.&#8217; Users automatically grant the company access to their data.<\/p>\n<p>A detailed examination of the content analysis FAQ shows that the policy was updated in August 2022. It applies to images, audio, video, text or documents stored on Adobe&#8217;s cloud servers.<\/p>\n<p>The company emphasised that it does not review materials that are processed or stored locally on users&#8217; devices.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\\\"https:\/\/www.theregister.com\/2023\/01\/07\/adobe_ai_training\/\\\" target=\\\"_blank\\\" rel=\\\"noopener nofollow\\\" title=\\\"\\\">\u0441\u043b\u043e\u0432\u0430\u043c<\/a> of an Adobe representative, the policy in question has existed for more than ten years. The company provides users the option to exclude their content from analysis, he added:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>&#8220;We give clients full control over their preferences and privacy settings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The company also noted that it does not use user data to develop experimental features.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\\\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\\\">\n<p>&#8220;We are currently reviewing our policy to better define the use cases for generative AI,&#8221; said an Adobe spokesperson.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The company does not yet have its own service like DALL-E 2 or Midjourney.
