institutional-grade security standards, according to a press release.<\/p>\n<p>To advance cryptocurrency activities, DekaBank will require obtaining a license from <span data-descr=\\\"Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">BaFin<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Metaco&#8217;s Harmonize platform for launching a digital assets custody service was chosen by Societe Generale, BBVA, DBS,<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/citigroup-to-launch-custodial-platform-for-digital-currencies\"> Citigroup<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/philippines-unionbank-launches-bitcoin-trading-and-custody-services\"> UnionBank<\/a> and<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/bnp-paribas-to-launch-custody-service-for-digital-currencies-reports-say\"> BNP Paribas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Commerzbank<a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/commerzbank-applies-for-crypto-custodian-licence-in-germany\"> directed<\/a> an application to BaFin for a cryptocurrency custodian license.<\/p>\n<p>In
