It aims to transform Klaytn into a &#8220;sustainable and verifiable decentralised network&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal also envisages measures to enhance transparency of disclosures and to alter the governance structure of ecosystem resources.<\/p>\n<p>There are <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/klaytn\/\"> 3,07 \u043c\u043b\u0440\u0434 KLAY<\/a> in circulation. The proposal has decreased by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klaytnfinder.io\/\"> 75,4 \u043c\u043b\u043d \u043c\u043e\u043d\u0435\u0442<\/a> as a result of strategic buybacks and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-is-coin-burning-and-how-does-it-affect-prices\">burning<\/a> gas.<\/p>\n<p>197 million KLAY have been reserved for the blockchain developers, GroundX, as compensation for developing the infrastructure, operating the network and governance services.<\/p>\n<p>The reserve fund has remained untapped for the past three years and eight months.<\/p>\n<p>If approved, the remaining 2 billion KLAY would be designated as a &#8220;buffer for value creation.&#8221; It would be intended only for use cases oriented toward deflationary tokenomics. In the absence of such options, the 2 billion KLAY would be taken out of circulation over the next three years.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;The Klaytn Foundation seeks to increase demand for the coins in several ways: first, by increasing network engagement through collaboration with major portfolio projects, and by promoting services in the ecosystem, especially <span data-descr=\"decentralized applications\" class=\"old_tooltip\">dapps<\/span>, which aim to \u201cuse and burn\u201d KLAY as their primary tokenomics model,&#8221;<\/em> \u2014 the proposal states.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The organisation intends to increase the utility of the coins by delivering infrastructural services such as oracles, and by investing in high-potential-growth projects.
