In 2023, attendance at Decentraland Fashion Week fell to 26,000 from 108,000 a year earlier \u2014 a drop of 76%. The Block<\/a> reports this.<\/p>\n

Online attendance at the four-day event peaked at over 1,000 people. The second Fashion Week in the metaverse<\/a> is organized in collaboration with the NFT<\/a>-marketplace UNXD, as did the first in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlthough the number of participants has declined, we welcomed tens of thousands of new metaverse visitors. We are confident that we improved on last year’s experience at the second Metaverse Fashion Week,\u201d Giovanna Graciosi Kazimiro said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The main theme of Metaverse Fashion Week 2023 is \u201cHeritage of the Future.\u201d Attendees included Adidas, DressX, The Fabricant, DKNY, Perry Ellis, Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce & Gabbana, Dundas, and other fashion brands.<\/p>\n

In February, Playboy magazine announced the launch of its own metaverse<\/a> MetaMansion by the end of 2023.<\/p>\n
