This means that loans do not have a pre-set repayment date. Borrowers can repay them at any time, and lenders can exit positions by triggering a Dutch auction to find a new lender at a new rate. This forces holders to abandon collections and drives down minimum prices. With Blend, holders can borrow ETH against their NFT collateral without having to sell them\u00bb,<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 explained by the developers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According to them, the smart-contract audit was conducted by Code4rena and Chain Light. The buzz around the platform may have been aided by <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/blur-nft-marketplace-to-airdrop-an-additional-300-million-tokens\">the BLUR token airdrop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In response, OpenSea <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/opensea-rebrands-gem-in-its-battle-against-blur\">rebranded<\/a> the Gem aggregator, naming it OpenSea Pro.
