The figure is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kommersant.ru\/doc\/5966395\">Kommersant<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The bulk of the issue was undertaken by Sberbank. On 17 April the decision to issue the DFA &#8216;Radio City&#8217; (up to 2 million rubles) was published; on 25 April \u2014 &#8216;Leasing Union&#8217; (up to 10 million rubles), on 26 April \u2014 &#8216;Holding of Culture and Technologies&#8217; (up to 100,000 rubles), &#8216;GAZ Automobile Plant&#8217; (up to 100,000 rubles) and &#8216;Radio City&#8217; (up to 1.4 million rubles).<\/p>\n<p>Alfa-Bank last month issued Rostelecom&#8217;s monetary obligations for 750 million rubles. The DFAs were issued as a 90-day monetary claim with a fixed yield of 9% per year.<\/p>\n<p>Atomyze announced a DFA sale programme backed by Norilsk Nickel shares. The issuer&#8217;s fundraising limit stands at 150 million rubles. Holders will receive dividends on the shares.
