Family offices are asset-management organisations that work with high-net-worth individuals.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>In total, around 26% of firms invest in cryptocurrency\u2014compared with 16% in 2021. However, the share of those not showing interest in this asset class also rose from 39% to 62%.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The main reason cited by respondents for investments in the crypto sector, including <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-stablecoins\">stablecoins<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/what-are-nfts\">NFT<\/a>, was \\&#8221;belief in the power of blockchain technology\\&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<figure class=\\\"wp-block-image size-full\\\"><img decoding=\\\"async\\\" src=\\\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Snimok-ekrana-2023-05-09-v-11.01.00.webp\\\" alt=\\\"Snimok-ekrana-2023-05-09-v-11.01.00\\\" class=\\\"wp-image-206507\\\"\/><figcaption>Comparative results of the survey for 2021 and 2023 by geographic region. Data: Goldman Sachs.<br \/><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The most pessimistic region was <span data-descr=\\\"Europe, the Middle East and Africa\\\" class=\\\"old_tooltip\\\">EMEA<\/span>. Only 16% of family offices invested in cryptocurrency, while 79% do not intend to do so.<\/p>\n<p>\\n\\n\\n\\n<\/p>\n<p>The share of family offices in the Asia-Pacific region working with digital assets rose to 30%.
