According to them, Moskowitz lawyers saw O\u2019Neal behind the wheel of his car as he pulled out from the grounds of his Atlanta home. They threw the legal documents into the passing car, the star\u2019s NBA lawyers say.<\/p>\n

In April, Moskowitz lawyers stated that they had served O\u2019Neal with a summons<\/a> after three months of unsuccessful attempts. They say the service was captured on video. After the statements by O\u2019Neal\u2019s lawyers, Moskowitz confirmed that they had personally delivered the document to him.<\/p>\n

Shaquille O\u2019Neal is the latest among a group of celebrities being targeted over FTX advertising. Among them former basketball player Stephen Curry<\/a>, the NFL<\/span> star Tom Brady<\/a>, comedian Larry David<\/a> and Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka<\/a>.<\/p>\n
