The blockchain game Axie Infinity has become available in the App Store for iOS devices.<\/p>\n
According to the statement<\/a>, the rollout currently involves limited access for users from a number of Latin American and Asian countries to the December-launched version, Axie Infinity: Origins. The game can be downloaded in Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.<\/p>\n Sky Mavis, the developer, noted that the gradual expansion of access has allowed for better testing of the latest iteration of the app. The firm has decided to apply a similar approach to the App Store.<\/p>\n According to Sky Mavis, 70% of new players learn about the game from friends and family. Therefore, for Axie Infinity\u2019s spread, the ability to share easily is crucial, the developers stressed.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is important that iOS players will be able to use their NFTs in this release. We think Apple has, for the first time, made externally acquired such assets available in the App Store,\u201d they noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n In October 2022, the tech giant excluded<\/a> the use of NFTs in apps that do not provide the ability to charge transaction fees (up to 30%).
