The information comes from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afr.com\/property\/residential\/melbourne-s-41m-mansion-sale-resets-records-as-top-end-surges-20230524-p5das7\">Australian Financial Review<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the publication, one of the houses is a historic Victorian mansion named Avon Court, spanning 4,300 square metres and built in the 1870s. It is a two-storey villa in Italian style with five bedrooms. Its area is 1,412 square metres.<\/p>\n<p>The first house is registered in Michael&#8217;s name, and the second belongs to his wife.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2021, it was reported that Binance chief Changpeng Zhao <a href=\"https:\/\/forklog.com\/en\/news\/changpeng-zhao-buys-property-in-dubai-as-media-hint-at-binance-opening-office-in-the-emirate\">purchased real estate<\/a> in Dubai.
